Soft whispers from afar
Heard gently in my mind
Reminding me of your love
Wishing that you were mine.

 

True too, my response to you
No doubt telepathically received,
Assuring you of similar feelings
Fervently wishing that I were thine.

 

Two hearts much alike
Having wishes that ignite
Permeating day and night
Hoping for such delight.

 

Idyllic, pleasing, heavenly,
If thoughts to action convey
A love so binding faraway,
Unable to hold our hearts at bay.
