AN IRISH ROSE

True indeed it is
A large part of her ancestry Irish
Her blond hair, green eyes,
Enticing smile with gleaming teeth,
A large curvaceous frame that
Would have delighted Rubens
All attest to that.

So is her spark and spunk
In freely expressing herself,
Slightly intolerant of dissention
Ready to assert and define herself,
Her bright mind providing speed and logic
To rebut, debate, defend her stance.

All told she is quite a loveable package
If one is sufficiently adept at
Accepting the challenge of an
Inquiring and detailed analytic mind,
Knows how to effectively interface,
Quietly reason, is able to understand,
Love and cherish her big heart,
Since once secure in your love for her
There is no way that she will ever part.
